Flytopia is a fantastical tale in which a man enters into a pact with the all the insects that live in his house. The earwigs clean his sweaty body, the moths flutter him dry with their wings….and in return, he takes down the fly traps and gives them a place to lay their eggs. In time, the insects' pay-back becomes more exacting: they need more fresh meat, much more.... It all leads to a very sticky end.
Karni and Saul use their distinctive and inventive vision, a mix of live action and animation, to bring this tense, weird and funny story to the screen.
